Our favorite time of year is back again.

Most of the best memories we have of our childhood are from summertime – swimming, fishing, boating, mini-golf, barbecues, fireworks, baseball, riding bikes, the beach and boardwalk, or just hanging out with friends.
THE BORGATA FACTOR
There is a new phenomenon that is going to hit the Wildwoods in a couple of years and influence the next big real estate boom on the islands.

Fall is such a nice time of the year.

WILDWOOD’S BOOM
We’re gonna try a little something different in this newsletter.
WILDWOOD’S ANCHOR HOTEL
The Wildwood Zoning board recently approved plans for a new 25-story hotel, to be located on Ocean Avenue between Rio Grande Avenue and Taylor Avenue.
DON’T BLAME CONDOS
If I hear one more person blame the slow summer business climate in the Wildwoods on “all those new condos”, I’m gonna ….
LAND USE RULES
We often talk about proposed projects that go before local Planning or Zoning Boards to gain approvals and/or variances.
WILDWOOD’S NEW ZONING
Realtors, developers, and property owners are still trying to sort out the proposed new zoning laws in the City of Wildwood.
The leaves are off the trees, most lawns have lost their green luster and faded into the sickly brown of dormancy, and the streets are mostly devoid of cars.
While many folks only associate Cape May County with summer, the year’s best weather arrives in the fall.
